Performance Training
SPT's Performance training program was developed to enhance athletic performance with the most effective, up-to-date education and training techniques to produce maximum improvements in athletic performance. We are dedicated to help athletes enhance their performance in the form of proper weight training techniques, directional speed and transitional agility, functional strength training and explosive power development. Athletes are supervised closely to ensure proper techniques are mastered safely. We train youth, adolescent and adult athletes.
Program Workout
Our programs consist of strength training, overall conditioning and functional movement training with a strong focus on proper technique. Groups are kept relatively small, with no more than six athletes to ensure maximum individual attention. Athletes participating in our programs will experience improvements in the following components of athleticism: strength, speed, agility, quickness, power, balance, acceleration, deceleration, flexibility and reaction time.
